Studio Manager, HUGH-JONES MACKINTOSH, Sydney

Achievements: During my six years of guidance revenue increased 700% & profit margins improved from 4.5% to 22%.

Delivered desired growth through strategic planning, financial forecasting, staff resourcing, new-business development and pricing strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Decoration / Furniture Procurement: solely responsible for the procurement of $4m+ FF&E p/a, furniture layouts, PPT presentations, client budget management, supplier liaison, quoting and purchase orders, exports and imports, project logistics and installation.

Under my guidance revenue and profit margins doubled, resultant net profit quadrupled. The team grew from 6 to 12 architects and relocated office.

Successfully increased Homewares production by 110% over the initial 3 months maintaining consistent growth thereafter. Increased wholesale sales 375% over 4 years. Annual average increase 55%.
